Review Appraisals:
These appraisals are done by our senior certified appraisers and they entail reviews of appraisals done by our peers. We take extreme pride in these since they ultimately reflect the integrity of our profession.
The FHA/HUD Form:
This form is used when the purchase or refinance is an FHA loan. It is a more thorough appraisal that requires the Valuation Conditions form to meet HUD Standards. Typical inspection time is doubled for FHA appraisals. Our FHA appraisers are well educated for these appraisals and we stay on top of all the changes HUD makes to their guidelines.
